教授简介:

Virginia Trigo教授是葡萄牙里斯本大学学院荣休教授,同时亦是该校中国项目负责人。她的学术研究领域包括企业家精神与创新、组织行为及跨文化管理。Virginia Trigo教授在几个大洲都有着丰富的国际化的教学工作经验,是一位真正的具有国际化视野、有实践经验的管理学教授,她创办了澳门旅游学院并担任**任院长。2019年,为表彰Virginia Trigo教授在推动中葡两国公共教育领域所作出的巨大贡献,葡萄牙总统为其颁发“公共教育司令勋章(Commander of Public Education of the Portugal)”,由葡萄牙驻广州领事馆总领事Andre Sobral Cordeiro先生代表授予。

学术背景:

1988年,获里斯本大学学院企业组织管理学士学位;1994年,获澳门大学商业分析硕士学位;2003年,获里斯本大学学院管理学博士学位;美国加州大学伯克利分校企业创新博士后。


教学活动:

1989年至2001年,教授在中国澳门生活工作。其创办了澳门旅游学院并担任**任院长,该学院创办后很快成为澳门的头等学院并成为衡量其他同类学院的基准点。由于她辛勤的付出和**的成就,澳门政府给她颁发了职业功绩荣誉奖章。此外,教授在几个大洲都有着丰富的国际化的教学工作经验:非洲(莫桑比克和佛得角);亚洲(中国,日本和东帝汶);南美洲(巴西);欧洲(葡萄牙,法国和德国)。

目前,她主要致力于中国项目,是ISCTE和成都中国电子科技大学合作举办的管理学博士学位项目负责人,也是和广州南方医科大学合作举办的管理学博士学位项目以及医药卫生管理硕士留学项目负责人,教授企业创新、组织发展与组织文化等课程。
